Natural colors of reclaimed fishing rope are layered into a foggy Down East landscape. Muted pink granite bedrock below calm hazy water, reflecting a dusty blue from the white sky. A thin line of dark distant coastline is all that separates air and sea.

Materials for this basket were collected from the shoreline of Deer Isle, Maine.
