Starting in February 2021, I researched the traditional names for each month's full moon and completed a drawing on the day of each month's full moon of my local landscape. This year of monthly Full Moon Drawings connected me to the natural cycles of time and reminded me to look closely at seasonal growth and changes, where ever I happened to be. The Full Moon Drawings served as a healing and grounding meditation following the Covid deaths of my grandparents, who loved the earth and sea, all four seasons, gardens, wild lands and creatures.
